This Monday during a confusing cirque du soleil performance Microsoft unveiled Kinect its previously code named Project Natal motion sensing gaming camera. This new camera / game controller is capable of mapping out the person standing in its view into a 3D landscape with a skeletal structure and even allows voice commands to boot. Nerd talk aside this means that it will place you and your exact movements on the screen and as you flail your arms around your living room your avatar on the screen will do the same. Sure they have announced the Wii-like rafting and tennis games for the whole family but after seeing the stellar media playback controls being commanded by voice and simple hand gestures my only thought was Minority Report style porn is near.
Imagine stepping into your favorite porn consuming room and simply saying, “computer, play video Couples Seduce Teens Volume Nine” and immediately your screen comes to life with your favorite porn. Taking the technology one step further imagine “interacting” with your favorite model and telling her exactly how you like it. The future is definitely looking bright.
